My name is Marta Redlisiak – I am a mother and a Master of Civil Engineering. I have been building my professional experience in construction since 2015, and since then my academic and professional path has been closely tied to this industry.
Despite a challenging career path – because construction still carries the prejudice that a woman "does not belong on site" – I built the Mama z Budowy brand, which I am proud of. I combine professional work with being a mother first and foremost. It is possible!
Hence the name Mama z Budowy – a recommended construction manager, wife, mother of a ballerina and a growing little engineer. My daughters have known what I do and how construction works "behind the scenes" since they were little.
I work with private individuals, public institutions and companies. In over 10 years of professional practice, I have taken part in many investments – from single-family homes, through developer projects, to industrial facilities.

Serving as construction manager with unlimited permits to direct works in the structural-construction specialty. Organisation and coordination of works, site diary, quality and schedule supervision, acceptance of works and consultations.
Representing the investor's interests on site. Checking compliance with the design and building standards, verifying material and workmanship quality, documenting progress and providing regular reports.
Preparing certificates defining a building's energy demand – required for sale, lease, commissioning and thermal modernisation.
Annual and five-year inspections in line with applicable regulations, delivered comprehensively with specialists holding the relevant trade authorisations.
Tender, investor and as-built cost estimates – also for public procurement, grants and subsidies. I work with local authorities, ARiMR, companies and private clients.
Technical condition opinions for existing buildings, based on inspections, measurements and engineering knowledge – used in property transactions and building handovers.
Construction management and Supervision Inspector services for buildings overseen by Regional Heritage Conservation Offices.
I hold operator licences for all class 3 backhoe loaders, variable-reach forklift trucks and other counterbalance lift trucks with mechanical lifting drive.
I conduct locative handovers of apartments from developers. I inspect the technical condition, identify defects and all non-compliance with the design. Having an experienced engineer present ensures that all defects are detected – including those an inexperienced eye may miss.
I begin every collaboration with a meeting to understand the client's needs or challenges, and then provide professional advice.
